  After Being A Former Employee,I Can Tell You That The Place Is Questionably Ran.The Sink In The Back Which All Dishes Go Through Is Backed Up With Rotting Food, That comes back up into sink and in some cases makes contact with clean dishes.The Sink Must Be Drained Using A Plunger.There is a pretty standard procedure in food dish sanitation and that is wash rinse sanitize,However this is completely avoided in what I gather a way to increase profits.All containers have a thin/thick layer of build up from lack of proper cleaning.In The Dining Room There Is An Ant Problem.
  
  The Owner Likes To Belittle And Yell At Workers At Will With Greed And Hatred In His Voice, And Don't You Dare Be Late As A Customer Because You Will Be Lectured (Yelled At)
  Owner Wants Workers To Participate In Illegal Tax Activity To Avoid Paying The Minimum Wage Of Workers Asking Them To Work Under The Table For Cash (Which Is A Criminal Act)
